Upcoming Events

Don't toss your tree in the landfill; let our goats enjoy it instead!
Most evergreen trees* are a welcome treat for goats as they are high in vitamin C and can help keep internal worm counts down. You may drop your tree off at your leisure at designated spots at either of the above locations throughout the month of January.

A donation of $10 or more is suggested to help support winter care and rent a wood chipper for the trees after the goats have eaten through them all.

*Please, no painted trees, no trees with remaining ornaments or tinsel, no items with metal wiring, & no yew boughs as it is toxic to goats.

Current Projects

Our herds are currently on winter vacation after a very productive 2025 season. Any upcoming events will show up on the calendar below.

Allegheny GoatScape herds are currently being cared for in their winter locations, but in 2025 they ate through more than 47 acres throughout Pittsburgh and Allegheny County! Our 2025 completed projects are on the map to the left.

Polygons and pins are approximate.
